Johnsonville School usually participates in the Flippa Ball competition at Keith Spry Pool, during terms 2 and 3. Last year we had the opportunity to enter teams in term 4 competition. The games are played on Fridays after school, from 3:40pm. Keith Spry Pool is at 15 Frankmoore Avenue, Johnsonville.

Flippa Ball is open to middle and senior syndicate students. Students must have a good level of water confidence to play.

Flippa Ball is a fun team game designed to introduce players to the fundamentals of water polo. The competition is graded to accommodate both middle syndicate students in the shallow grade and senior syndicate students in the deep grade. There are seven players in the pool, with one being the goalie. The teams can also have substitute players. Fair play points awarded as well as goals.
